I am a mother of three. I love family time, date nights, game nights, cooking, spending time on the water, fishing, camping, gardening, and attempting to crochet. One day while playing outside with my daughter I just couldn’t keep up and I was too tired to play. I joined CrossFit because I wanted to feel better, to set healthy example for my children, and to be around to hold my grandchildren. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to get children excited about fitness and teaching them how to live a healthy active lifestyle while continuing my own lifestyle ambition, the pursuit of a healthy mind and body.
