In our group CrossFit class, participants will be led by expert coaches through several phases of fitness: a dynamic warm-up, mobility & skill drills, a strength portion compromised of olympic or power lifting, and the workout of the day “WOD”. The WOD consists of the conditioning aspect of the class which completes this power packed hour!
We offer a training program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love for fitness. The workouts are age specific and designed for kids and teens to have FUN all while getting healthier and more fit! It is a fun and energetic atmosphere, so come let your kids try it out!
How fit am I? What am I fit for? Am I fit enough, and how can I test my fitness? Am I weak in areas I might not be aware of? Unnoticed weaknesses can spread to a halt in progression and unforeseen injuries.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our On Ramp classes are a great kick start to transition into CrossFit if your a beginner or just need a refresher course!
Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance
Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

55 & Over Fitness
If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
